8:30AMSunday
Sunday morning runs for Black women and young girls, with a goal of helping new members finish their first 5K within their first year. The start spot changes weekly.
Check the club's most recent post for this week's start spot, then arrive about 10 minutes early and say it's your first run. Most clubs have a regular who runs at the back so nobody gets left behind. More first-run tips
