5:30AMWednesday
One of Boise's newer clubs, built around structured workouts: an early Wednesday track session at Boise High School and a Sunday long run from Payette Brewing. Runs are free; club membership is $50.
Check the club's most recent post for this week's start spot, then arrive about 10 minutes early and say it's your first run. Most clubs have a regular who runs at the back so nobody gets left behind. More first-run tips
